I had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff. While I was being served, a female pharmacist and a middle aged male pharmacist conversed with each other in a language I couldn't understand, likely Hindi or Punjabi. This made me feel left out, confused, and uncomfortable, as I had no idea what they were discussing, especially when it was supposed to be my service time. It was highly unprofessional and made me question the quality of customer service at this space.

Great Customer Service. Nice Staff. I was amazed by the quick service though. Generally Pharmacies in lower mainland have normal wait time of 20 to 40 minutes based on the number of medications on your prescription. But Medisave Pharmacists do it so quick. Saves you wait times and multiple trips for drop off and pick ups. No time wastage as in most of the big stores who want you to just shop around during long wait time. Very professional and customer oriented environment. Moreover, they offer multilingual services. Keep it up Medisave.

WOW..What a service.. I never thought I'd be writing a review for a pharmacy but here I am! This is the second time I've been here and the staff goes above & beyond for their customers. The Pharmacy manager Deepak & his staff really are outstanding professionals. They even took the time to call my insurance providers to find out why certain medications are not covered by my plan. They saved me money by giving me a great solution. The second visit was so positive too. The staff greets you with kindness and really makes you feel like you are an important customer. We highly recommend this pharmacy to people in Richmond. Well done. Finally, Our family found a great pharmacy in Richmond that we can always trust. Well done MEDISAVE ..!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding Customer Service. The Pharmacy Manger is very knowledgeable.He always care's about your needs. Pushpender the manger will do everything possible to help you. This Pharmacy is the best Pharmacy in Richmond without a doubt. Have been going there for over 3 years. The staff go out of their way to help you we would never use anyone else.
