Stem cell patient who purchased a walker paid in full. For over 500 dollar purchase was given on a two inch cash register receipt which my insurance refused to honour called it inadequate. My wife visited store and asked for a receipt showing full pharmacy address. Was told one would be emailed, we waited a week and called the store. Person answering the phone was very rude complaining of their workload and eventually said Friday you can have it Friday. Of course Friday came and no receipt was ever given.Contacted insurance to deal with these ignorant people

as one of the few pharmacy in Hamilton that is able to make my daughters suspension. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. They always ask me when i need the refill by and always have it ready on that day. They offer delivery if i can't get over there to pick it up and they are always friendly and pleasant. oh and i have never waited in line for a prescription pick up unlike every time i go to a shoppers.
