Receptionist was not very welcoming. I didn't see a physician because they insisted that I sign a consent to pay whatever they bill me in case my insurance (masshealth),doesn't pay them. I tried to ask how much will my visit cost, and the receptionist said it's $135 for The Visit, and then we don't know how much other tests will cost if I need them. For me, I will not be visiting them back but to be fair, I cannot comment on the service of thae physician because I didn't see one.

Seen quickly but had a very rude and condescending male medical assistant. Dismissive of my concerns, abrupt in all aspects of communication and care. The PA who treated me was helpful and knowledgeable.
