PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Sent package to Ukraine. My sister received text messages that her package will be delivered on December 3rd. But what a surprise PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED on 3rd, neither on 4th so on 5th i called to Canada customer service, she(customer representative) said that she will send a request to Ukraine office. On 6th i called again to Canada because package wasn't delivered again and there's a "customer representative" Alina who hang up on me twice, then i talked to Olena, she said that she contracted Ukrainian offirce and my package will be delivered on 7th for sure but NO DELIVERY on 7th. Called again on 7th talked to Okcana she said just to wait until tomorrow or Monday. WOW if i can give them zero review i would. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXIST FOR THIS COMPANY . SO DISSAPOINTED. Do not do business with them there is a different and much better companies.
