We are very dissatisfied with this agency and the agent Pratik. We purchased a brand-new villa as a resale, and the agency strongly reassured us about the seller’s trustworthiness, reliability, and commitment to fulfilling his contractual obligations, including fixing all defects before the final signature. However, on the day of signing—60 days later—none of the agreed-upon repairs had been done. Despite this, we were urged to proceed based on the seller’s promises and the agency’s assurances that everything would be resolved urgently. Once the sale was completed, the reality was different: nothing was done, and now both the seller and the agency are washing their hands of the matter. Instead of ensuring the seller meets his contractual obligations, the agency is defending him while leaving us, the buyer—who has fully honored our commitments—to deal with the developer directly. This is despite the fact that the seller had clear contractual responsibilities. To make matters worse, the agency is hiding behind our instruction to proceed with the deep cleaning of the villa—something that should only have been done after all snagging issues were resolved. We gave this instruction based on misleading videos provided to us, which the agency never even bothered to verify in person. Once the sale is completed and the money is taken, do not expect any quality follow-up, regardless of their promises, written agreements, or contractual commitments.
