My friend referred me Mehala Machines India Ltd., service center. I visited the service center on Wednesday (5/10/2022) to service my sewing machine Siruba Dl720. I felt really good because the service technicians have much knowledge, they rectified the fault in a speedy manner. All the staffs in the service sections are good.

Quality of sewings machines are acceptable but the sales, installation and service exoexperie from mehala is horrible. The management is getting worse day by day and the stadds are very irresponsible and negligent.
