I used Cody to build an ADU at my house in midtown. 100% no holds barred the best contractor experience I have ever had. Right off the bat meeting with Cody's designer Robb Kerley (Lasting Traditions). Robb and Cody worked hand in hand to make sure that we got everything that we wanted in the space that we had. They took into account what our budget was and what we thought was most important. I was really impressed with their ability to have grand vision and great taste. Both Cody and Robb were very accurate in the time involved with the permitting process. They had connections within the city to get insight as to were things were at, at all times. Throughout the process Cody was great with communication. Always answers his phone and responds to emails very quickly. Cody's attention to detail right to the very end was superb. We couldn't be happier with our finished product.
