After receiving a denial for the first claim, my wife wanted to use an attorney for this next one. We had no idea which group to go with until I noticed Jack. Upon seeing how many cases he has worked, definitely showed his experience. When my wife said that he is a former Marine Officer, we did not need or want to look any farther. We started doing some research on his law firm and discovered that his son Ned worked with Jack. My wife filled out the form on their site, and Ned called us back around 10 minutes later. Ned gave us a good foundation of what to expect going forward. He also stated that his father Jack would contact us shortly. From the first conversation with Ned, then Jack, the entire focus was that we will be taken care of by them. Jack actually told me to not stress anymore, that both he and Ned (their team as well) will take care of everything. The crazy thing was, I totally relaxed. Not that I didn't believe Jack, but with his professional manor, experience and knowledge, I knew that Jack would take care of everything for myself and my family. We are so blessed to have had them representing us for the hearing and guiding use through this process. The biggest news was that, two days before the scheduled hearing, we were notified that our case had been reviewed by the administrative law judge and we had a favorable decision. We realize that every case is different. However, Jack and Ned were always professional, prompt in all of their communications with us and thorough in explaining the disability process. Bottom line - Jack and Ned are hands one of the best decisions we ever made. We are happy to have had the privilege to work with them and will always highly recommend them to others.
