I went to ACT Auto Detailing for my cars cleaning. The paint of my car’s hood was damaged and faded. Before going to ACT Auto Detailing, I had contacted to some other cleaners as well. They were not sure about whether those stains and scratches on the bonnet of my car will be gone or not. Moreover, I wanted to get it done by a professional and experienced person and the team of ACT Auto Detailing did it in a professional and experienced way. Finally the result is there. Booked online, but did not show up. Tried calling but number listed on webpage does not ring. Tried messaging too. Not sure what is going on. Got a follow up call once owner saw the review to advise there have been technical issues and the person who normally does the carwashing in Canberra is unavailable. Have updated review from one to three stars given this follow up.
