I’ve lived in KC most of my life and this was one of the best meals I’ve had in this city. Atmosphere feels like you are in a coastal pub and the food is some of the best seafood I’ve had anywhere, including the coasts. Executed perfectly and with incredible flavors you won’t be disappointed. Service was stellar and only added to the experience. It will be a regular in my rotation for the foreseeable future. Can you get good/fresh seafood in this city? Absolutely. It’s at Earl’s.

I’ll be honest. We got there early and got so lucky sitting in a window booth. Saw it online and man will I tell you. It was fantastic. Drinks were delicious, vibe great, and the oysters were killer. Main course was great. I went on a road trip up the east coast to Bar Harbor Maine and drank Guinness and ate fish and chips the whole way. This place is in my top 3 for fish and chips and Guinness pours. Absolute creamer. Fish melted in your mouth and the tartar sauce was 10/10. Honorable mentions: crab cakes were great. And the banana pudding. So decadent and great way to round out the evening. Will be coming back

We were in the area and last minute decided to try Earl’s Place. We didn’t have a reservation and when we arrived at 5pm on a Thursday it was packed but we were able to secure a small table in the bar area. Love the vibe and the atmosphere. My husband and I each enjoyed a cocktail, then ordered some appetizers, the shrimp cocktail and the hush puppies. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and of a generous size! And the hush puppies, not your ordinary hush puppy! So good with the hot honey, butter and presentation. We enjoyed the quick stop here and the appetizers. We plan to go back but we will make a reservation ahead of time. We’re excited to go back to try the entrees and the fresh oysters!

The oysters, hush puppies, and lobster roll were all amazing. Pretty great wine list too. I’ll definitely be back to try a few more things off the menu.
