Picked up a load for them on monday 9/22/25 in Milton FL at Gulf cable and rate con said pick up at 1500 and I got there at 2:30PM CST they claimed I was late for pick up , I was suppost to be there at 2PM CST according to the security. So had to wait on the street to be called in, got loaded the next day Tuesday at Noon CST. They had added an additional stop, so I requested an updated rate con, I informed everyone of my ETA for stop one in Maryland to be Thursday morning I would show up Wednesday but after delivery hours however I showed up during delivery hours Wednesday a little faster than I expected. I did call in advance to getting there. Job Site notified me that it was a swamp because of all the rain they wouldn't be able to unload me till probably Monday. So I went up to the second stop in upstate New York over by Buffalo delivered that Thursday and drove back down to Maryland Thursday to the truck stop they asked drivers to stage at. I sat the entire weekend called them on Monday and they still could not upload me because it's still too wet. I been asking for extra money for this layover and my request are going un answered and ignored. You would think a brokerage firm that has trucks wouldn't know how to treat drivers and the companies that work with them. As you can see from all the other reviews, they all have a similar experience. The only good reviews you see are from the people that work at Melton logistics.

Extremely poor experience with this broker. We’ve been asking for support for several days and got absolutely nothing back. Every update came from us, the broker never called, never followed up, and still hasn’t offered any real solution. As I write this, my driver has been stuck at the delivery location for 4 days with zero support or direction from the broker. They keep saying they’re “working on it,” but nothing changes. We’re still waiting. If you’re a carrier, think twice before working with them. The lack of communication and accountability is unbelievable.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE – DISHONEST BEHAVIOR! We had a terrible experience working with Mark Roberts. He sold us a load and sent the rate confirmation, but after our driver had already driven 50 miles toward the shipper, he canceled the load. Our ETA was 11:20 AM. Mark falsely claimed on Macropoint that the driver hadn’t moved—even though no Macropoint link was ever provided to us. We sent our own tracking link and confirmed the ETA hadn’t changed, but he insisted the truck had to be there by 11:00 AM (not previously communicated) and canceled anyway. After that, he stopped answering calls. We tried repeatedly—both his direct line and company line—but were eventually blocked. Calls started going straight to voicemail. Thankfully, we reached AJ through their corporate number. AJ was the only professional in this situation. He apologized and compensated us with $200, which we appreciated. Still, this was a clear case of double brokering and extremely poor communication. This kind of dishonest behavior has no place in this or any business. We strongly recommend avoiding this company unless management takes action and holds people like Mark Roberts accountable. We also encourage the company to deduct the $200 compensation from Mark’s paycheck.
