Tanya, Michael and their team are professional and well organized with an excellent grasp of market trends and knowledge of our neighbourhood. They showed a realistic understanding of prospective purchasers, what motivates them to buy for and how to present our house to them. The whole operation was run very smoothly and efficiently with special thanks to Jackie. Jackie was a pleasure to work with and great at organizing and keeping us informing of all activities. She was the go-to person, promptly answering our questions and looking into any issues we encountered. We would like to express our gratitude to Tommy who was relentless in in his search to find an appropriate rental property for us to move into after the house sale was closed. We were a bit lost with respect to what we were looking for before we met Tommy. After seeing a few places with him, our focus became clearer. He managed to find us a place shortly before closing. Thanks to Lirka whose staging magic transformed our house and made us think twice about selling. Last but not least are the contractors used by the Siderova team. We highly recommend them. - Eugene and Guy (The Junk Guys) were amazing at clearing out pretty much everything we wanted to dispose of from the house and garage. - Gustavo (G & S Moving Services) and his team carefully moved all our furniture and other contents without so much as a scratch to contents or house.
