I'm so happy that I found Memory London and decided to do a pre-wedding photo shoot with them. Cathy, the photographer and makeup artist were all so professional, hard-working and lovely, and my fiance and I felt really at ease with them, which made our photos even better. The photography is absolutely stunning, and the photographer was great at giving direction, too. It would be possible to work with Memory London if you don't speak any Mandarin, but it does make communication easier if you can -- personally, I found it to be excellent language practice, but my non-Chinese speaking fiance also thought it was really easy to work with the team on the day of the photo shoot. We were given all of our photos the day after the shoot, which was great, as we were so eager to see them. All the clothes were beautiful, and I was really impressed by the hairstyling, too. They are also flexible and accommodating for individual requests, from the props you'd like to use and the photography location to the shooting time/date. We were so happy all day working with this excellent team, and incredibly happy with our photos. I can't recommend them enough! :)

Cathy is so helpful and friendly from beginning of communication about clothing choosing, route planing of shooting day and other little detail about the photography. She is working very hard and with great patience to help us get the best result. The photographer is very professional and easygoing and We are all happy with the pictures taken in London. It is very beautiful ,gorgeous and full of sense of art. It is even hard for us to choose which is the best pictures as all are amazing. We just had our wedding dress photo shooting with MEMORY. The service offered by the staff team is brilliant! We have paid a bit more to have the experienced photographer, and we think it is totally worth it! We would highly recommend the experienced photographer to anyone! There are loads of positive interactions initiated by the photographer, who is very professional, humorous and very encouraging in the entire process. He gave us lots of instructions that help us poise in a nice way (we are not naturally good at all with these poses). The stylist is also very good! She is also extremely patient and nice, she also has the special ability to quickly identify the style we prefer, and making it extremely elegant. She is also very friendly and extremely helpful in the entire process, helping with the pose etc. Furthermore, their collection of clothing is very wide, and the owner and the stylist are extremely helpful in finding us the most suitable dress. The communication with the owner is also smooth, as she is extremely friendly, helpful and reliable in the entire process. Overall, we rate their service very highly and would recommend them to anyone who would like to take wedding/graduation photos or other formal photos.

Cathy was responsive and helpful in her services and communication leading up to the shoot and ensuring we make the most out of the package we’ve chosen! Our photographer was very experienced, professional, and patient, offering quick and actionable directions for the best poses and scenic shots, making the whole shoot run smoothly. Given me and my spouse lack photo taking skills, the photographer’s guidance helped immensely with how natural we appeared on camera! The makeup artist we worked with is award-winning, well-known, and well established in Edinburgh. Her skills are fabulous and performed with a quick hand. I will definitely be visiting her salon again in the near future! Overall, our experience with MEMORY was amazing, and I would definitely recommend others to book their services for amazing photos and the lovely services from the staff!
