Daniel was fantastic to work with when we decided to sell our Jersey City condo in 2024. He went in with a clear strategy for updating and marketing the condo, and was quick to think of and implement new strategies when we found the previous ones weren't working. He was also an excellent communicator: responsive when we had questions, generous with making time for meetings, and great at managing our concerns and anxieties (VERY important in the selling process!), and quick with updates when the offers started coming in. Our favorite thing about working with Daniel was the way he took ownership of updating the property: from tapping his network of construction providers, to sourcing and purchasing materials, to managing the timelines and coordination. We ended up not having to deal with construction / renovation, which not only saved us a lot of stress and work, but Daniel also accomplished it all within a very reasonable cost. Ultimately our condo sold for the amount that we had targeted at the outset, and with relatively low stress and cost to us. We would strongly and happily recommend Daniel to anyone selling a property.
