Omar is an amazing counselor. I feel like I can talk to him about anything (and I do). He helps so much in facing deep rooted things, and also just my day to day life and relationships. I am so grateful to have found Omar, he is exactly type of support i was looking for.

Omar is an incredible therapist, and he has made a huge impact on my day-to-day life. He is extremely kind, patient, empathetic, and very knowledgeable about how to approach those dealing with depression, anxiety, and especially trauma. If you are stuck in a search for a therapist who specializes in trauma just as I was, I cannot recommend Omar enough; and it is incredibly apparent that he truly enjoys his work and enjoys the support he can give to those sorely seeking some guidance and an ear to listen to. I always come away from our sessions feeling heard and with a new way to approach whatever I'm tackling.

I worked with Omar over a period of several months when 3 major life transitions intersected all at once and the overwhelm was INTENSE. He provided a consistent space to (a) vent without having to censor myself, which alone was invaluable, (b) weigh different options from multiple angles, and (c) illuminate and address some stuff I didn't fully see/grasp before. Omar's style is very chill and conversational. He's always professional, but also shows up like real human being, which is rare and refreshing!! I genuinely looked forward to talking to him. Most importantly, he's truly invested in helping you move forward and ensuring that you're doing the work to show up for yourself, too.
