Sadly there was no one available to sell me a Swarovski crystal ball. I waited for a bit but the sales clerk was busy trying to sell a watch to another customer and didn’t even bother to say hello to me. C’est domage.

One star service because I can’t give a quarter. Bad service, lady screaming by phone leaving an intimidating message, giving a price for repairs of an Inexisting problem. I stoped buying there. I was a customer for years. Arrogant lady doesn’t respect a customer. Just be careful if you go for repairing or buying there. You are very lucky if you go out of there satisfied.

Bought a gold bracelet for my niece. Went back to get it engraved and the gold chain was swapped to a different thinner chain when we got it back. Would not recommend their services.
