We had an excellent experience at Budd's Suburu. We walked in one day and Dominic was there to answer all of our questions. We kept bouncing dealerships and makes of cars and ended up making multiple visits. When Dom wasn't there, his colleague helped out without any issue. What was particularly impressive about Dom was that he knew most of our answers without taking up our time searching on the computer. We had to carry around our little one while shopping so it felt like our time was well respected. He knew really niche things about much older models - a sign of a Suburu guy through and through. He also was very transparent and candid about our financing options. At the end of the day, he helped us secure the best price. We really appreciated our time with Dom. Thank you! I came in yesterday for an oil change as part of my 50k service maintenance on my Subaru Forester, and I had a great experience. Dave was my tech advisor, and he is a really honest and knowledgeable guy. His transparency was excellent—he let me know that my rear brakes needed to be replaced, which would take a bit longer, and I really appreciated being kept informed. When I came back to pick up my car, it was washed and clean, which was a nice touch. Dave even took the time to give me tips on how I could fix the scratches on my vehicle and advised me on the best time to get it done. I really enjoy having my car serviced at Budd’s Subaru. They don’t just look after corporate interests—they truly look after their customers as well. Highly recommend.
