This was the best experience I have ever had with dealing with a car repair / servicing! I have been to so many places over the years and nothing compared to the service that JD gave me at the Mercedes Benz of Beaverton! The way he communicated with me, had multiple technicians analzye the car, provided me with an outstanding loaner car free of charge and how he handled everything throughout the major car repair we needed was truly exceptional. I had an opportunity to get the car fixed for a cheaper price but because of the outstanding customer service I was given by JD from the moment I walked in and shook his hand I knew I had someone I could trust who would deliever the best service possible. I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. I was committed to a used vehicle and spent several days working through pricing and financing, only to be notified that the car was sold to someone else while financing was still in process. This was especially frustrating as this would have been my third vehicle purchased through the Lithia Auto Group, and at a Mercedes dealership where customer experience should be a priority. That said, my salesperson Jonte was very helpful and communicative throughout. This review reflects the dealership’s handling of the situation, not the salesperson.
