I purchased a 2019 BMW 540I from Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City back in May from a online ad. I was sent pictures of the car and was told the car had been run through their shop and looked over and only found 1 tire that needed to be replaced. I paid to have the car delivered to me in Texas and 2 days after receiving the car the brake light came on and the info center said the vehicle needed front brakes. I carried the car to a shop that works exclusive on European cars and was told it needed pads and rotors at a cost of $1200. I also found the air filter to be dirty and had leaves on it and in the air box. They gave me a form that showed the brakes passed inspection, I have pictures of the brakes being checked with a gage that shows they need to be replaced. Be very careful with what you are told if buying a car here they will deceive you. I am updating my review to add new information. The general sales manager responded to my review and left his name and phone number, and said he looked forward to speaking with me about my experience with his store. I have called him twice and left messages and have waited about 4 days total and no response. So I don't know if this is just a caned response to make it look like they care or if he is just extremely busy. Will keep you updated on the outcome. Well I tried to contact the manager 2 more times and left voice mail and never got a response. So clearly he is not interested in talking with me about my issues with his company. This must be his way of trying to make people who read the reviews that they are concerned. This makes me sure that I will not buy anything from this company again just a bad experience from people who don't care. Be careful when dealing with them.
