Customer experiences
I have always wanted a Mercedes and finally I bought me a brand new GLE 450 after coming home and noticing white overspray on my dash I proceeded to take it to the service department and I waited for two hours for them to try and get it off, in the meantime, it made it worse. They have two other cars that have had the same problem. They are ordering my dash I haven’t been getting any calls from service to let me know what is going on. I keep having to call my dealer to ask him , which has been frustrating. I would like to just be kept updated. It has made me really regret getting this car. They are supposed to replace the whole dash but when I called Monday, they said it was on back order so who knows now how long it’s going to take just really disappointed in something I have waited so long to get.. I thought about seeking some council to find out if I can cancel my car order and get a new car instead of dealing with this I have called for the financial lady to call and I haven’t received a call back so I’m not for sure which direction to go. I know it doesn’t affect the way. The car runs, but spending this much on a vehicle. It should be perfect, All it did was shine up and show up the faulted area on this car
By a Lexus. I have been ripped off for the last time. I was recently asked to provide a review of my repair experience for my 2013 Mercedes SL 550. I purchased a new headlight for approximately $1,800 and a $400 control module from the dealership, followed by an additional $750 for programming. Despite this, the left cornering light still did not function. After contacting Mercedes-Benz in Germany, I received clarification that the cornering light is controlled by the same “smart” headlight electronics, uses an inner lamp, and is designed to operate in conjunction with the adaptive main headlamp. In other words, it is part of the Intelligent Light System. I was told by your service department that the cornering light had nothing to do with the adaptive headlight system, but this directly contradicts information from Mercedes’ own parent company. While considering the purchase of another Mercedes, I had occasion to take my Lexus SC430 to the Lexus dealership in the meantime—and the difference in service quality was remarkable. I would encourage your team to visit a first-class service department to see what a truly customer-focused experience looks like. Based on my experience at your shop, I have decided instead to move forward with purchasing a Lexus LC500. Unfortunately, I consistently leave your dealership feeling taken advantage of, and that should never be the case for any customer.
We bought a 2025 Mercedes 350E and have been extremely satisfied with our purchase. From the sales office to the follow-up care assuring that we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend the sales and service departments.
I had a very good experience working with Michael. Customer service was great, and everyone was very nice. They even cleaned my extremely dirty car, inside AND out, for free. We had a miscommunication on something else, and he was able to get me refunded with no problems or any pushback. They also Ăśbered me home, then back when my car was done, also for free! I will be bringing my E63 back here :D
