Todd KantorI imagine the complaints some people have are real, but that wasn't my experience. Checked in the night before my 8am appointment, had a door by 4am, and I'm unloaded and leaving at 5:40am. Everyone was polite, and overnight parking and bathrooms are definitely a plus. Would come back!

wes hammerAPT: 2000 arrival: 1930 empty: 2130 Turn onto Alex Lee Blvd, take your first right. Large staging area, it’s a little bit of a tight back but I suck and did it so you’ll be fine. Park up, grab your paperwork and walk up to the guard shack. They’ll do all the usual stuff, then give your paperwork back and assign you a door. Go back to your truck, drive past the guard shack, open your doors and bump your dock. They have a mailbox system at the receiving office, just put your paperwork into the mailbox with your door number on it. Guy brought my paperwork out to me when they were done, and I was rolling out by 21:30. Staff is all friendly, overnight parking is allowed in front of gate.
