I am very happy with the entire experience of having Merit Concrete fix my sunken driveway. They were very responsive and accommodating. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The work was done very neatly with no mess and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. I would recommed them highly to anyone with a concrete issue. I am adding a before and after photo.

Miraculously, Mike from Merit Concrete Lifters showed up at our doorsteps yesterday asking if we needed their service. It was like they could read our minds since we were thinking about lifting our driveway this summer and didn't know which company we could rely on. He did a thorough job giving my wife an estimate and she immediately was sold based on his professionalism and knowledge about what needs to be fixed. We instantly got a formal contract by email with photos and cost breakdown. What made it better was that they were able to provide the service almost immediately in the afternoon since they had an opening, instead of waiting for the end of July to take advantage of the $500 off promotion for our neighbourhood. The Merit crew arrived quickly and worked very diligently and attentively to details, and took only a few hours to complete the job. Sealing the driveway was done the following day by another Merit crew member. What impressed us was that they took the time to explain the job before and after completing and cleaning the driveway. They didn't charge extra for additional requests or modifications and even reduced the costs for our inconvenience in agreeing to do the driveway right away. It was certainly a win win agreement for us and the company. We would definitely refer this company to others and will use them again in the future. They even introduced us to a member who can help us with our landscaping and deck re-modelling. Thank you guys for your excellent service!
