I came here with a friend to get a pickup order. The area is a bit sketchy at night. The store was set up, easy to follow. It did take a while for someone to wait on us as they didn’t have enough staff. My friend got a refurbished SSD. When we got home, we found that somebody had corrupted the SSD. It was basically bricked so you couldn’t edit/add/delete anything. What was supposed to be 2TB was instead like 700MB of uneditable content. Microcenter accepts returns but I thought that they had a process of “refurbishing” before reselling and it seems somebody missed something here. The refurb was like $110 or something. They do accept returns but this location is not close to me so it’s a bit of a pain to have to drive back to return the junk SSD.

I love this store! If you love computers this is your place. They have everything you can think of and more. Wide selection of 3D printers, selection of different printer filaments. Rasberry pi selection. Just so much stuff and all the brand names. A must visit for anyone who loves tech.

Great place to go. Even when they were very busy I was able to get help from an associate in a timely manner. I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I needed. The sales associate Thunder was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return to him.
