Tea called to clearly explain the closing costs and ensured we understand how/when to pay. Theresa was also very helpful and addressed many of our concerns. I would highly recommend this service, especially for first-time home buyers.

It's a very clean and smooth process and everything can be done from the comfort of your home. No need to find time to book, as everything is so convenient with many timeslots available for your convenience. Everything is clear, laid out, simple, and streamlined. It was my first time purchasing a home and I highly recommend them. Price is competitive too. Special shoutout to Theresa who was always prompt in her response and helpful. 1 star less as sometimes when I called the helpline it would just disconnect and I needed to try the next day. Also the lawyers office was sometimes not as responsive but it may be due to the my closing happening in December where people are off for the vacations. I'm currently still having some back and forth with the seller which is unresolved, but it's not due to realestatelawyers, who are helping me throughout this (hopefully!).
