A Unique Boarding Facility We had an outstanding experience with this one-of-a-kind pet boarding facility. All three of our dogs were able to stay together in a home-like setting, which made a huge difference in their comfort and ease. The added services—like hiking—were a wonderful bonus that kept them active and happy. This was one of the most comfortable boarding experiences we’ve had, not just for our dogs but for us as well. The team is incredibly caring and attentive, and we felt completely at ease leaving our pups in their hands. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a thoughtful, personalized boarding experience.

After a terrible experience with an at-home sitter, I started bringing my family which consists of 3 dogs and 3 cats to Pittsburgh Pet Concierge — and I can honestly say it’s been the best pet care experience I’ve ever had. I waited over a year to leave this review to ensure after 6 stays things stayed consistent — which they have! What makes this place so special is that it’s not just a kennel — it’s an actual home. The dogs sleep in real bedrooms at night and spend their days hanging out in family-style rooms with 24/7 supervision. It’s such a warm, comfortable environment that my dogs feel completely at ease, and they’re always so excited to go back! The staff is AMAZING — they treat my family like their own, and it shows in how happy they are. I love that they have experienced vet techs on staff (one my dogs has epilepsy and my other cat is a diabetic) and the medical boarding option Pittsburgh Pet Concierge offers is a god send! I never have to worry about them not getting their insulin or pills! They take the time to get to know each of my pet’s unique personality and needs. Plus, they send updates and photos, which is such a comfort when I’m away. I love how they customize socialization and pair my dogs in thoughtfully selected activity groups I was so impressed by their cat boarding as well! They offer cat boarding in a quiet part of the home, and each cat gets their own private bedroom. It’s such a calm, stress-free setup — exactly what you hope for when leaving a cat somewhereey always come home calm and healthy.. not stressed which huge as a cat parent of three very different personalities. I think their prices are very reasonable for the incredible level of care and attention you get. Whether it’s for dog boarding or cat boarding, Pittsburgh Pet Concierge is the BEST! They go above and beyond, and I truly wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else! Thank you to the entire team!

We had an awesome experience with Pittsburgh Pet Concierge! Josh kept us posted while we were in Italy (10 days). We have never left our dog for that long so needless to say we were concerned, but Josh kept us informed and comforted us very very much. Beau was happy and full of energy when we picked him...none of that disoriented stuff like he had when he stayed at the last place. We will definitely be back.
