City Roofing was very attentive to my needs and concerns. They were patient and ensured I was clear on each process of the roof work. My sales rep Joe C. Is the best. He was always available for questions and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.My job Forman Mario was proactive and kept me up to date with each step of the roofing job and let me know what to expect. Thank you Mario. There were others I interacted with, but I forgot their names. (please forgive me). Every person that I had interactions with was friendly kind and ensured I was happy with their service. I’m sure anyone could’ve done the job, but City Roofing gave me high quality customer service. It was so refreshing and well received. City Roofing is honest professional and made me feel like my business is appreciated. We had the pleasure to work with City Roofing for a full roof replacement in July / August 2024. We replaced leaky shingles with a full metal replacement. From our initial quoting with Mike, through the entire install process, we were provided with different options to choose from, and never felt 'forced' into anything we did not want. The installation team was professional, worked very quickly, took pictures constantly and kept us updated. Other than normal weather-related delays, the work was done in a very efficient manner. Because this was completed August in South Florida, we very quickly got to 'test' the roof in August/September weather, and positively the new roof immediately stood the test of mother nature. Overall would recommend them to anyone looking for roof work. Hard to take a picture of the final work, but one image attached shows a small section one year later.
