Although Metalaire is far away from us (Northern, VA), we've had an excellent and seamless experience with them. They have made 6 large copper chimney pots and 5 copper gable vents for our remodel project. The design process was easy via email supported with images and blueprint drawings as well as phone conversations. The shipment arrived in two well-built wooden palletized crates, completely secure. And they were available to answer technical questions regarding installation. We recently submitted another order for 8 custom copper vent covers in various sizes to cover, and add architectural interest to, a variety of exterior wall penetrations. Worth noting - although they have an online shop with specific designs, they can do any type of custom piece. Our chimney pots and gable vents were based on their existing designs but modified to fit our needs. Their craftsmanship is amazing (Old World quality) and I highly recommend them - we certainly look forward to working with them again in the future.

We ordered 4 custom copper pots from Metalaire. They were great to work with all of our specific dimensions to make the pots work just right with our chimneys and flues. Absolutely a beautiful product. I am ordering 2 more for another build now. Highly recommend these guys.

Outstanding custom copper work! Jim and his team produced custom copper roof vents for my chimney and roof vents, to go with a custom copper roof. The product quality of the vents was top-notch and the craftsmanship was unmistakable. The crates that they packed them into were very well constructed to protect the copper. Their order-to-fabrication turnaround time was also great.
