Incredible and honest builder. We looked at several builders and had past experience with a few before. When we found Metric, it was love at first sight. Their quality building standard couldn't be matched and they deliver on their promise of "better build homes" We moved in to our custom Metric home almost one year ago and the service has been top notch. The process from purchase, to design, to build and after care was flawless. The builders take such care and pride in their work. What really impressed me was the after service. The care doesn't end at closing, far from it. They are so responsive to questions and concerns. If you want a builder who is going to care about your home as much as you do, Metric Homes is hands down the way to go.

We had an awesome experience with Metric! They built our first house and it’s exactly as we wanted. The specs are great with many premium items included as standard. We’re quite happy with the build quality and their customer service. Being able to customize the floor plan is simply amazing and every inch of our house was carefully planned. They were quite patient and helpful during the design and selection processes (specially considering that we’re quite picky and changed our mind often). Post closing, all of our requests were taken care of quickly and in the best way possible (thanks Jason!) Their whole team is very kind and nice to deal with. Thank you Stephan, Chris and Shawn!

We are in the processes of selecting materials for the last 6 months, and designing our home with metrics is magnificent. Good start!!! The people are amusing, easily accessible, and very helpful. As first-time home buyers, we find the process of selecting and designing our home is easier and enjoyable with Metrics home professionals' help.
