Metrics Camp

So the service has been good for the most part and half of my purchase have been great. However my last purchase was an umbrella that was clearly teal on the website no doubt about it and the product shipped was a very dark navy blue. Doesn’t match anything I have. The customer service basically said oh well must have been a bad camera day. They did offer a very small compensation but I’d much rather they changed their website to be a true reflection of what they offer

I’m having shoulder surgery in a week and decided to purchase a lift chair. It’s very soft and comfortable and easy to clean. It’s not a very big chair but is perfect for me. I highly recommend this chair!

Never received half the items from Aosom that I order from the Target website. After many emails and back and forth we realized this seller Aosom isn’t honest. We ended up filing a complaint with the Illinois state Attorney General‘s office. I would seriously avoid products by this seller. A Target employee agreed it was all suspicious. It was a horrible experience. We had to take half an opened patio set to a Target store to return because this company wasnt capable of sending us the missing box. It was a total inconvenience and neither Target or the seller would come to a compromise after 9 days of waiting for this missing box. Uploaded two pictures of what we have and one of what I expected. Complete useless. Really bad customer service all around.
