Purchased a deck which separated before the warranty period. The deck company told me to contact the store but the store no longer carried the deck and the replacement they offered did not suit my son. The distributor/company (Root Industries) said they would refund the store if they refunded me, it's been over 2 weeks and Metrikx is not returning my emails nor the email from the distributor/company.

Purchased some bars online, and they shipped the wrong ones. Now there's no response from customer service after repeated emails. We'll find somewhere better to purchase next time.
