Chance the store manager at this location is fantastic. I was in the store when a man had threatened to shoot him because 611 wouldn’t pick up the phone, it was a very scary situation and he deescalated it the most professional manner that left me feeling safe in the building. He was very professional with me as well, considering what had just happened. I applaud his calmness in that situation. Honestly it was something I never could have imagined experiencing in a metro. I myself had been the victim of shooting, so when I over heard Chance calmly but sternly imply that he will not let whomever on the other end of line reek havoc on innocent people, I was petrified. Instinctively, as I got up to leave, Chance assured me that no one would be hurt on his watch. Rest assured I will continuously return to this Metro, it seems to be ran by a truly wholesome individual. Keep it up Chance!

I had some trouble at the other metro on 41 in port charlotte and stopped by this one to see what they could do and man am I glad I did ! Chance was able to solve my problem pretty quickly and gave me a free phone line ! Very happy with the service I received at this location !

The new store manager at this location was great I had a lot of negative experiences here before so when I saw there was a new guy I figured I would give it a shot and I am glad I did ! He is very direct which I appreciated because I was able to get a straight answer for once !!! No BSing or running me around it wasn’t the answer I was hoping for but at least I got the truth and he was able to offer me a suggestion that worked for me ! I will definitely be recommending this store to people again as long as chance is there !
