recently visited this dental office for a cleaning after being told my university insurance would cover 100% of the cost. Based on this information, I agreed to the service. However, after the cleaning I was informed that my insurance only covered 75%, and I had to pay the balance out of pocket. This was very disappointing and felt misleading. Clear and honest communication about coverage is extremely important, especially for students who rely on accurate information to make financial decisions. I hope this clinic improves its communication with patients and ensures that staff provide accurate details about insurance coverage before services are performed.

Amazing dentist & team! So friendly, gentle and always leaving clean & fresh. Lots of parking (free for first 3 hrs), very fast and good prices. This was my first dental appointment, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, the environment was clean and welcoming, and the dentist made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend for anyone nervous about visiting the dentist!

Never stepping a foot in this place again, I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Sandeep. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and gave me unnecessary attitude just because I needed to reschedule my appointment. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she made it seem like it was my fault that she had to update the doctor’s schedule—which is literally part of her job. To make things worse, she hung up on me, which is completely unacceptable she left me feeling disrespected . This is not a way to treat a patient.
