A couple of weeks ago I came to Richmond Dental Surgery with a chipped front tooth. I’d chipped off nearly 1/3 of the tooth and had my phone stolen on a terrible night out in a foreign city, and I had to get on a flight back to Brisbane the next day. They squeezed me in (and stayed late I think!) even though they were fully booked. They were so kind, professional, and understanding of my situation. They ran me through my options and we decided to put a cap on the damaged tooth. One of them even held my hand while I had the local anaesthetic delivered after I told them I was afraid of needles. Before leaving this review based purely on their exceptional customer service, I decided to wait and see if the quality of the capped tooth was sound; I saw my regular dentist today (who I’ve been seeing literally my entire life) and he said it was beautiful work! That weekend in a different city was so horrible, that day felt like I was at rock bottom. Navigating to the airport and getting a flight home without a phone the next day was a nightmare, but at least I had a tooth. I cried on the way back to the airbnb that night for the amazing work they’d done and for how they’d taken such good care of me. ❤️

I have been going here for a couple of years and absolutely love it. I am always greeted by name and the dentist and her team are very nice; every time I had to get something more significant than a clean done they showed me the problem and explained what was going on, which I found very helpful. They also don’t lecture you about your wrong/lacking mouth cleaning habits (unlike some other dentist), but make friendly suggestions on what is good practice and what they’d recommend. Overall a great dentist, I do not dread visiting them at all and would definitely recommend to a friend!

I came here for a dental filling and couldn't be happier. Dr Selina and assistant Rachel looked after me and both provided exceptional help and care. They really went through great length to get the job done as my case was a bit tricky. The treatment lasted a little longer than usual but I am very satisfied with the result. On another note, all of the staffs here are friendly, professional and reassuring. Loves it, will definitely come back here again.

We went to see the dentist today to do our 6 monthly check up. The dentist there is very polite and gentle. My six year old I had the best experience. Highly recommended as they are reasonably priced and extremely professional. My 6 year old son loves going there. Thanks for your amazing service!!
