After suspecting a water leak at our home in North Dallas, we called Pure Plumbing based on their strong online reviews. They offered a free estimate and sent Dillon out within a few hours. Dylan spent about an hour diagnosing the issue and ultimately confirmed a leak in the irrigation system’s supply line, likely caused by recent freezing weather. He shut off the irrigation water and completed his assessment. When we asked for an invoice, he told us there was no charge. Pure Plumbing earned a great recommendation for their quick response, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We’ll definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.
