I loved using Metro Livery when we had a large group going to the Nashville airport at different times. They charged me exactly what was quoted, so I appreciate the transparency. Renee was our driver for all of the trips, and we're SO thankful for her! She was on time on each trip (if not early), professional, and she had us laughing hysterically at her stories. Her vehicle was large enough for all of the people and luggage. She texted me the day prior which was super helpful so I knew who she was and could instruct my employees on who would be driving them. I got so many compliments about her from my team, including the CEO of the company. We absolutely loved Renee!

Rich was great. Sorry we gave him a work out with so much luggage. We really appreciate everything. He was also kind enough to make a stop along the way. Would definitely recommend! We had a party of 10.

Such a calm and pleasant ride. The suv was nice, not heavily scented (I have had that problem with other services), and the driver was professional and nice. He also drove cautiously, which I appreciated.
