I landed in Boston Sunday night to find a rental for my son, she responded to me in less than 24 hours and sent me properties to review until I could see them. Most people don’t call you back or they’re asking you personal income questions before they will see you. Gabi’s willingness to listen and evaluate my needs with the human touch is amazing. She is knowledgeable about the market and her eye for details that a buyer or renter can overlook are incredibly valuable. Don’t hesitate, ask for her, she will not disappoint!

While I haven’t lived at the properties managed by the company, the experience with their brokers while apartment searching was pretty bad. Once the broker stood us up without providing an explanation. Another time, they used a bait and switch technique when we made an appointment to see an apartment based on the ad, only to be shown a smaller apartment that was several hundred dollars a month more expensive. When stating that this is not the apartment shown in the ad, the broker proceeded to tell us we don’t really need more space and we should be able to afford more rent based on our professions. Pretty unprofessional.
