So we ordered on a Sunday, and I get it orders take a while. Didn’t ship out til Wednesday. Their logistics company sent it to the wrong state, didn’t get it til following Wednesday. So it took 10 days to get to me, lost the customer because they didn’t want to wait that long. MR said it’s out of their hands to make it right. I had the email to prove it. So now that the product comes out of my pocket, I decided to put it on my truck. Open package, and the film is creased and scratched. I sent the pic 3 days ago, and they never called back. Great customer service you have , pretty disappointed on their follow ups or valuing us as customers. My brother wants to keep them as a back up, but I myself won’t order from them. Not because the product was late, not because their product comes damaged, but because we as a customer are not valued enough for follow ups and trying to make it right.

Very Very helpful customer service reps. Hannah did great. Fedex had issues with my package and seems to have lost it or something, hannah and other works directly with fedex and after a while set up a reshipment and sent me a new one at no charge. Plus they’re products are great!
