Customer experiences
Excellent customer service provided by DAN and team. Our delivery was promised and came through exactly as promised when we purchased our refrigerator/range stove. We received a telephone message the day before delivery, again the morning of to confirm. The drivers also called when they were minutes away. There was a narrow space for the fridge to pass so the delivery professionals took off the doors and made sure there was no chance for damage. Extremely professional and courteous. Very pleased with the service we received. A big 10/10 for those two guys.
Bought a TV from Bestbuy who farmed out the delivery to these jokers. Gave us a delivery window of 8am to 11am, so we book our own installer for 2:30pm. Ten minutes before 11 we get a call from a delivery driver who is barely understandable due to his very thick accent. He says he has to reschedule delivery for 1:30pm to 4:30pm because their truck "break down and we no know if rescue truck coming or no". When I explain how that will severely mess up or plans for the day and ask to speak with a Supervisor, his response is a flat NO. No apology for the inconvenience, just lump it. When they finally did show up to deliver the tv, they did not put on protective covers on their boots, never asked if they should remove their boots, and tracked prints all through our home. We were forced to reschedule our installer (earliest date available? four days from now), so we're left staring at a box on the floor, thanks for that, Metro. I'm a disabled senior and so is my wife, so it's not like we can "do it ourselves", or we would have. Avoid these jokers like the plague, disrespectful, rude, and could not care less for other people's property. Bestbuy's response? Still waiting............................
The two gentlemen that delivered our new fridge were extremely careful with getting it through the door, not damaging both the fridge and front entrance. They took the old unit away swiftly and assembled the new fridge efficiently with precision. I've had other delivery services in the past only leave damage after doing drop offs but these two were phenomenal and polite to boot. Steer away from 1 star reviews, most people only come to the Internet to post negativity with little to no reasoning. Extremely happy with their service and definitely recommend
This company was contracted to deliver and install a washing machine. The crew was utterly clueless about the installation, and did not check anything to work before they hastily left. This resulted in water damage to the property because it turned out that they had drilled a hole into the wall to stick the drain line into it. Even this was not done properly as they failed to even restore the pre-existing panel and simply left it on the floor. The company has never admitted any responsibility, quoting "the installers are our best experts". If they truly represent the best, this company should not exist.
