Arrived at 8:57pm (this location closes at 9) and was told that the register was “closed for the night.” I’ve worked in retail all my life, and so I understand that the till needs to be counted at end of each shift, however can you not do that promptly at 9pm when the store closes? You chose 3 minutes over $100

I order online from here, so I cant say what the in store experience is like, but they ship incredibly fast! If I order during business hours, I get the email saying its been processed within that business day.
