I don't think we could've asked for a better service experience than with Metroplex Wraps. From the beginning, Scott (the owner), was so on top of communication and clarity of what was happening. Not only that, but a our designer Hector was assigned the same or next day. He was patient with our few rounds of revisions and had a new proof for us every day until we landed on what we wanted. Scott went above and beyond to get us fit in the schedule once the design was finalized. Not only that, but the wrap was completed in 1 DAY!! 5 stars are not enough for this wonderful company. Before I found Metroplex Wraps. I had my vehicle wrapped by 3 other wrap companies and none of them came close to the quality of work that Metroplex Wraps puts out. Scott the owner is a great and down to earth guy that cares about his customers. Scott's whole team is outstanding and professional. Scott had me meet with Stephen who is the mastermind behind designing the wraps. I told Stephen what I had in my head for my wrap, and he made it come to life. I was blown away once I saw the proof from Stephen. But when I went to pick up my Dodge Charger from having the wrap put on, I was speechless. I loved it, the wrap looked amazing. Scott and his team did an outstanding job on my wrap. This was the 2nd wrap Scott, Stephen and the team with Metroplex Wraps had done for me.
