Metropolitan Bath and Tile

About a month ago we had our old bathtub/shower in our master bath replaced with a new walk-in, glass door shower by Metropolitan Bath and Tile. It was a wonderful experience and we love our new shower! They made the process of choosing fixtures and tile easy. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. Our installation professional, Will, explained the process in detail throughout. He was on time, and always left the work area spotless each day. We would highly recommend Metropolitan for a bathroom remodel or update.

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience with Metropolitan Bath and Tile. From our first visit to the showroom to the completion of the project, it certainly exceeded our expectations. Kayla, the Design Consultant, was very helpful in explaining how the bathroom renovation process works. A few weeks thereafter, Tom, the Estimator and Master Mechanic, provided us with a detailed overview of how the design of our new bathroom would be constructed and answered all our questions/concerns. When it was time to meet with the Showroom Manager/Designer, Wendy, she made us feel comfortable and offered suggestions to complement the patterns, colors and styles chosen to get the “right look”. On the day that the project work started, we could not have asked for a better pair of workers. Rob and Connor were exceptional! Their attention to detail, expertise, and friendly personality made the 5 weeks fly by. The bathroom turned out magnificent! What a dramatic improvement! We have received so many compliments from our family and friends. We would highly recommend Metropolitan Bath and Tile. What can I say? Metro Bath and Tile took my ugly bathroom and turned it into something beautiful. We met with the salesperson who was very knowledgeable and patient with answering all of our questions. During our appointment in the showroom to pick out materials, we met with Ms. Wendy who was very helpful with making decisions. Believe me I'm a very indecisive person so picking materials was not an easy task. Then we met Zach who was absolutely fabulous with installing everything. Every person we had contact with was responsive to our many questions. I would highly recommend Metro to all my family and friends.
