Terrible Homeowner support. It's taken almost a year that I'm still requesting a wall repair correction that was done incorrectly, flashing is outside of the wall instead of inside, and is open to mice, bugs, leaves getting into the crawlspace. This management never replies. Period. The only reply was a generic email saying we received your work request. They don't email back, they don't answer their phones, they don't reply to vm messages. The maintenance people they use are Terrible. The roofers left tons of nails a few years ago, and they're still falling out of our downspouts. Unbelievable.

Out of all the management we’ve had over the years, Rich has truly stood out. He advocates for our neighborhood and takes pride in the work he does. We really appreciate his commitment, and he definitely deserves recognition for it. Allen is also excellent at what he does. He’s professional, personable, and very detail-oriented. He checks in often and follows through, which helps keep everything running smoothly. Jennifer has also been great—she’s reliable and communicates well, rounding out a very strong team. Everyone works well together, and it’s clear they all care about the community. Even when things get overwhelming (which they sometimes do), their professionalism never slips. It’s been a much better experience than we’ve had with past management companies. If we could continue with this same team long-term, we definitely would.

We made a switch to Metropolitan Properties a year ago. We had been working with a one man property management company for over 10 years and things had really gone downhill. Metropolitan Properties has been a fantastic partner and have helped us in numerous ways. They are knowledgeable , courteous, responsive and professional. Brittnee is our manager and she makes us feel valued and appreciated, even though we are a smaller complex. Everyone I have met and worked with in the last year at MP have been great. So glad we made the change, I only wish we had done it sooner!
