I just started the beginner series and so far it's great! I have a pretty sedentary desk job and find it hard to break away. Couple that with bad habits formed around COVID and change was in the air. Also my wife is a Yogi and she wouldn't stop telling me how good it makes you feel. So I gave in and I'm happy to report that she's not wrong. Never is, actually. Our instructor for this series is Anne. She's thorough, explains everything and is super compassionate about each persons ability. 6 stars.

I love this studio! I have been to others but this studio is the best. The studio itself is clean and its painted in warm earth tones. It's very serene, The staff at the front desk are friendly and professional. The instructors are fantastic, they are so real in their teaching style and positive in their approach. I have attended workshops at the studio and they were great. I have also done private instruction and it really helped me take my practice to the next level. Shawn is the owner and she is an inspiration. Her approach to teaching is very authentic and genuine. They also have assistants in some of the classes to help you with postures, they have all been excellent. They have another studio in Worcester which has also been a wonderful experience. This studio has made me fall in love with yoga and I am very grateful. Do yourself a favor and try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Metrowest Yoga is truly a wonderful company! I have respected and liked every single one of the instructors. After having practiced there after three years, I have noticed great improvement in most every aspect of my experience with yoga. Welcoming for beginners and more advanced yogis. Very relaxed, yet focused atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone!
