My experience with this law office was adequate overall. They did communicate clearly through email, though I had a few calls go unanswered. I can’t say I feel great about my settlement, but I do feel content with it. If I was taken advantage of, it was by the car manufacturer, not by the attorneys. That said, I did feel like the office sometimes took the easiest route rather than pursuing every possible option. Some of the responses I got, such as “that’s just the way the law is written” or “we can speculate all day about why people do what they do,” didn’t feel especially helpful in giving me clarity or peace of mind. While the office did its job, I was left with the impression that there may have been additional recourses within the law—like recovering my full legal fees—that weren’t pursued. Overall, I wouldn’t strongly recommend or discourage using them.

After a daunting series of issues with my vehicle, I realized it was time to take initiative and do something about it.
