MFINITY Luxury Car Rental Marbella

I came to stay in Marbella and was expecting to rent a car, now my issue was I needed a chauffeur, I went through at least 10 different rental companies who would all constantly push me away, or rudely ignore me with terrible customer service. Now I encountered Olymp cars who stood out completely! Exceptional customer service responding to any question with detailed and thorough responses, a great fleet of cars, and then when I actually arrived to the in person store the hospitality was on another level, better then Louis Vuitton or nobu which I had gone to the exact same day !!! The team made me and my mother feel at home allowing me to take as many pictures of the cars as I wanted, Giving us free Marbella perks and amazing advice, not to mention my whole issue with needing a chauffeur was completely tackled as they had provided me THE BEST RATE I have ever seen for one of the most lovely and skilled chauffeurs who they went out of there way to source for me, As it was also a special event for me (birthday) out of the pure kindness of the team they did extensions of my bookings and also came to my hotel to pick it up, I even got a ride in one of the m3’s, after the pickup me and my mother were really touched by how amazing the customer service and hospitality of the team was and I had felt like I’ve met some great friends with a great business Don’t hesitate to come to the best of the BEST!!!

Very pleasant experience dealing with Olymp cars. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with prices at the beginning close to my hire term. However, the speed and the way they handled the situation put everything back on track right away. They are great at communicating. Car handover is very smooth and informative. Car collection is also smooth. They mentioned they go check the car and validate that there has been no damage and begin the deposit refund very quickly. Within a 24-48 hours they said but can be longer depending on queues of cars they have to check. I felt like the staff handing over and collecting were very nice and went the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and happy. Would definitely recommend using these guys. Perfect service. They came to bring the car in Puerto Banus and after i finished they picked up the car at the airport. Nice and clean car and the agent was super friendly. My next visit in Spain, I Will rent Here again.
