The best spa in all of Boston— yes I said it!! The reception is warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive— always ready to help you book your appointment (online or in-person), set it to recurring or one-time only, explain their services and their recommendations in illustrative detail, and work you into their availability with cheer. I've only ever had a 5 star experience here, from the reception, waitstaff, masseuse and amenities every month I visit. The team here is truly skilled in what they do, and genuinely thoughtful in their hospitality. I'd suggest confirming a recurring appointment for best results, especially when it comes to their deep tissue massage or the scalp detox treatment. Thank you MG Team !! 💞

I had a basic facial and scalp treatment done, and overall the results were good. I had (what I thought) the first appointment of the day and arrived early, but it felt rushed to get started, and the employee often walked too fast into the different rooms that I didn't know where he went. There was also no information about the facial itself and at times it felt a bit claustrophobic as I had eye coverings but didn't know what was happening with the different steps. Scalp massage was nice, it includes a foot bath and leg massage which was nice but the lack of communication was a bit tough.

The best facial I've had and super sweet staff especially Ashley ❤️. Just keep in mind when you tell your masseuse deep tissue, they mean it lol but I prefer a firmer/strong massage so it was perfect for me!
