Matthew did a very nice job revising and updating our trust. His work was comprehensive and well thought out. He also took the time to explain each area and patiently answered our questions. The entire time, he had our best interests in mind. Where there were decision points, he gave us options. We feel very comfortable leaving Matthew on standby for the future when our trust becomes actionable.

It was a pleasure to work with Matt and his staff at the MGM Law Firm in Bend, Oregon. He was responsive to my questions and concerns and made requested changes to draft documents to better reflect my preferences. The documents related to my estate plan (including a pour over will, trust, power of attorney, advanced directive, and others) were prepared in a timely fashion and shared with me electronically. I reviewed all of the documents and found them to meet my needs. Of course, the real test will come when I am deceased; and at that time, I won't be able to submit a follow-up review. However, I am confident there will be no problems in administering the trust.
