Extremely poor customer service. Is there anyone else who’ve experienced a poor customer service from Panjaab Transport. They shipped my car scratched from Ontario to Alberta and its been six plus months and they’ve shown no concern and grace to either repair or cover the cost of repair for my car despite my continuous follow-ups and patience. I had no option but to publicly post this, after such a long wait, so no one else suffers. I’m filing a case in the court against them by end of this week and if someone else had a similar experience feel free to comment below so we can not let go of this behaviour. I’m not disclosing the name of the fleet manager and dispatcher to be respectful of their privacy. Never trust their transportation services for long distance shipments!

There company hit our sign and no one has contact us regarding the insurance claim. There manager refused to answer the call. Now we have to hand it off to our attorney to sort it out.

My personal experience, with a driver from this company named Gursirat. He was dispatched to deliver a vehicle to our dealership through an auction , which came unannounced and I had issues with parking the car. Since our office is at a multi dealership Plaza. Hence one of the tenants there was giving him a hard time to park the car there, but the driver went out of his way and made sure he delivered my vehicle to a safe spot until one of our guys went pick it up. Thanks again Gursirat. 🥂
