This yoga studio is absolutely amazing and deeply respects the traditional roots of yoga. Teachers are truly exceptional: deeply knowledgeable and experienced, but also warm and present. I have been practicing for the last year and a half mostly with Joseph, but all are really great: Paige, Silvana, Edgar, Esme, Henner, Martin . . . and of course Kino & Tim just to name a few. There’s also an incredible sense of community here. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find support and friendship in this space. And the space it’s simply beautiful. From the natural light to the peaceful energy that fills the room. Practicing here is a gift ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone seeking not just a class, but a meaningful yoga experience.

Excellent space! Very organized, clean, with friendly people and great energy! We were totally impressed by the vibe and the dynamics of the place — it has so much potential for everyone. Don’t hesitate to check it out! The class with Henner was fantastic. He guided and helped us the entire time, showing true professionalism. He always offered modifications for each person’s level, while still pushing us to become our best version. He was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

Martin is an exceptional teacher! His Handstand Vinyasa Flow is both playful and empowering—he breaks down the mechanics with clarity and gives you the confidence to explore inversions safely. His Power/Rocket Vinyasa class is a dynamic, high-energy experience that challenges you while keeping the vibe supportive and fun. Martin’s presence, precision, and passion for the practice truly stand out. Highly recommend! 🙌🧘‍♂️ TeQuan Johnson’s Yin Yoga and RnB Yin Yoga classes are amazing. Both are deeply relaxing and offer full-body stretches that release tension and restore balance. His calming energy and thoughtful sequencing make each class a rejuvenating experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and reset. 🙏🧘‍♀️🎶

I had the privilege to practice in the Mysore room under the guidance of Joseph Armstrong this week. Joseph welcomes everyone warmly and holds space in a special way. His adjustments are supportive, grounding and allows for deepening without being forceful. I cannot wait to be back 🙏
