I found Micah to be very helpful in securing my first mortgage. When I first emailed him, I received a call back within a day. He patiently took about 45 minutes to explain every conceivable question I might have, and offered to meet with me to explain everything in person. As I went through the process, was very responsive to all of my questions, including outside of the regular 9-5 hours. I particularly appreciated how got Micah was at taking care of business through quick phone calls or emails. I never had to take time off work to go to his office as he was able to handle everything over the phone. Finally, he got me a great mortgage rate with good terms. I hope to hire Micah again should I ever need to re-finance or get another mortgage. Highly recommend.
